For the price and location, it’s a wonderful value. From here, you are within a 20 minute walk from some of Sapporo's major attractions such as Odori park, the TV tower, Nijo market and so much more. The staff are friendly and try their best to communicate in English, just be patient and speak clearly and slowly so they can understand you better.

Absolutely faultless as a hotel. Fantastic location in central(ish) Sapporo, large rooms, all the amenities you need, staff who cannot do enough to help you, and beyond reasonable prices.

I really liked the tatami floor and futon setup. The staff was also very nice But the highlight was the sauna and hot baths. After a 20 hour flight it was the most relaxing experience.

The room was clean authentic confortable and spacious. The stuff are so polite and nice. The onsen was great too. The hotel is very well located! I would totally recommend !!

It has public bath and provide yukata. On first floor, they provide a corner for reading.
